American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)

Bolivar has officially kicked off the first round of requests for ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) funds!

The money is available to non-profits, town infastructure needs, residents, along with local groups and businesses.   The funds will help our community recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, and be in a better position if we find ourselves in another future pandemic.

The first round application period will run from January  to March 31, 2023.   Applications must be received by 5:00pm March 31st.  This round is now closed.

The remaining funds will be used towards town projects as suggested by residents and business owners in conjunction with the survey for the Comprehensive Plan.  Please participate in that HERE to give your input on the future vision of Bolivar.
