Located in the charming Town of Bolivar, WV, the Bolivar Community Center serves as the central part of our community, where residents and visitors will find our town offices, substation for police services, and a space where individuals may hold social gatherings.

The Town of Bolivar also partners with Jefferson County Parks & Recreation to offer various workshops and summer camps in order for individuals to explore new interests and expand their creativity. The center is also used for various community meetings.
