The paving restorative of the Harpers Ferry Water Works Distribution System Project has begun. The paving project is scheduled for the next three (3) weeks and is weather dependent. The paving project will done in two phases.

Phase I:

This phase is necessary to prepare the road for the final paving.

During this time you will be able to drive on the road as normal, although we ask that you be mindful of the construction workers at this time.

Phase II:

This phase is to put down a finished layer of asphalt. During this time, cars and other vehicles will need to be removed from the roadway while work is being completed. We anticipate driving being prohibited for up to twelve hours once this phase begins.

It is imperative that all vehicles be removed fron the road during this phase. You will receive a Robo Call 48 hours in advance of work beginning. Other project restoration such as landscaping and concrete will be completed after paving restoration.
