Thrasher Engineering will host an Open House at 6 p.m. on Thursday, 18 May 2023 at the Bolivar Community Center, 60 Panama Street. The purpose of this Open House will be to receive input from citizens and feedback in reference to the Bolivar-Harpers Ferry Green Infrastructure Plan.
